These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and any order you place with Pak Afghan & Woking Shawarma (“we”, “us”, “our”), of 91 Walton Road, Woking, Surrey, GU21 5DW. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Using this website

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order on this website. You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating an account or placing an order, and to keep your account details secure.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order through this website is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to: an item being unavailable, an error in the price or description shown on the site, unusual or suspected fraudulent order activity, or your address being outside our delivery area. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

We try to keep menu items, prices, and photos accurate and up to date, but occasionally an item may be out of stock or a price may change. We’ll let you know before completing your order if this affects you.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

Delivery

We currently deliver within approximately 7 miles of our Woking restaurant. Delivery charges are calculated automatically based on distance and shown at checkout before you pay. We’re unable to deliver to addresses outside this area — if your postcode falls outside our delivery radius, the website will let you know and no delivery charge will be offered.

Delivery times given at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Occasionally, factors outside our control (traffic, weather, exceptionally high demand) may cause delays.

Cancellations, refunds and allergens

Website content and intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, recipes, photos, logos and design — belongs to Pak Afghan & Woking Shawarma or our licensors, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, but may not copy, reproduce, or republish any part of this site without our permission.

Liability

We provide this website and our delivery service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or an order placed through it.

This website is provided “as is”. While we do our best to keep it accurate and available, we do not guarantee it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
